Program Description

The Web Design AAS Degree prepares students for careers in Web Design and front-end development - the emphasis being on creativity and design. Training in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery will equip students with the skills necessary to implement their designs and to compete for jobs designing and developing websites in the interactive media industry.

  • Generate communication solutions for business needs.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with technology in the area of Web Design.
  • Prepare and demonstrate a portfolio at the annual VCT Program Portfolio Show.
