  • Maintain facility locks and security systems
  • Service and repair plumbing
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and repair of HVAC-R equipment
  • Operate energy management and maintenance systems
  • Perform basic welding and construction repairs
  • Demonstrate proper workplace safety and use of power and hand tools
