HORT 1051 - Herbaceous Plants Credits: 3 Hours/Week: Lecture None Lab None Course Description: In this course, students will identify and determine the growing requirements for 150 herbaceous plants. The herbaceous plants covered include annual, biennial, and perennial ornamental plants. Students will study light, soil, and water requirements as well as bloom time, pest problems, and suggested varieties of herbaceous plants. MnTC Goals None
