OPCA 2020 - Clinical Applications of Lower Extremity Orthoses Credits: 4 Hours/Week: Lecture None Lab None Course Description: This course covers the pathological effects of disease, trauma, and malformation of the lower limb and relates it to functional loss. Content includes patient evaluation, shape-capturing techniques, measurement acquisition, and lab skills to successfully design, fabricate, and fit several types of lower limb orthoses. Gait is analyzed to evaluate lower extremity function and treatment outcomes. MnTC Goals None
