VCT 1015 - Project Planning Credits: 3 Hours/Week: Lecture None Lab None Course Description: This course will explore the conceptual skills involved in project planning for media production. Students will focus on creative and technical aspects of project management including; project charters, team dynamics project plan, plan implementation, storyboarding, budgeting, and pre-production planning as well as how to close out a project. The course content will apply to all areas within Visual Communications Technologies. MnTC Goals None
