3DMA 1147 - Modeling 1 Credits: 3 Hours/Week: Lecture 2 Lab 1 Course Description: This course focuses on modeling and texturing techniques and solidifying skills in these areas. Course activities build on the basics of polygonal modeling, UV Mapping, and goes in depth on topics such as 2D and 3D texture painting techniques, high vs low mesh detailing, and the application of shaders. Projects include developing a variety of hard surface models and differentiating between good and bad topology within the industry. MnTC Goals None
