CTSA 1001 - PC Hardware and Software

Hours/Week: Lecture 3 Lab 2
Course Description: This course covers the fundamentals and advanced concepts of computer hardware and software. The course focuses on describing the internal components of a computer, assembling a computer system, installing an operating system, and troubleshooting common problems using system tools and diagnostic software. Additionally, this course will introduce students to administrative tools, networking, and security in preparation for advanced courses.
