ORTE 1055 - Finish Orthoses for Patient Fitting Credits: 3 Hours/Week: Lecture 1 Lab 4 Internship hours per week 0 Course Description: This course concentrates on fabricating cuffs and closures, corrective T-straps, and knee control pads. These components are essential parts of the lower limb orthosis to hold the limb in a secure position, resist deformity, and optimize function. Lab projects focus on final completion of lower extremity projects, preparing them for patient fitting. MnTC Goals None
