7. Fabrication of mouth guards and bleaching trays
8. Hydrocoloid materials, irreversible and reversible materials, and elastomeric materials to include: polysulfide, polyether, polysiloxane, as used for impressions and bite registrations 
9. Pouring Class I Stone, trim and finishing casts 
10. Handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous waste
