ENGR 2080 - Dynamics Credits: 3 Hours/Week: Lecture 3 Lab 0 Course Description: This course is a study of rigid body motion and the forces that cause motion. Topics include kinematics and kinetics of particles, Newton’s laws, energy and momentum methods, kinematics and kinetics of planar motions of rigid bodies, and mechanical vibrations. MnTC Goals None

- Design simple dynamic mechanical systems
- Determine velocities and accelerations of rigid bodies in motion
