Course Description: This course focuses on current trends affecting nurses in the complex, globalized, and rapidly changing world of health care. The course promotes development of strategies for students to prepare themselves for the role of nurse-leader. Course activities provide students with the opportunity to develop their resourcefulness and resiliency.
