This certificate may transfer to a four-year institution. If you are considering the possibility of transfer, you may wish to talk with your advisor, counselor, or program instructor before registering to discuss your goals and develop a plan. Students may also want to complete Century’s entire 40-credit Minnesota Transfer Curriculum or Associate of Arts Degree.
Program Learning Outcomes
At the end of this program students will be able to:
- Demonstrate college-level reading, writing, and oral skills in academic English.
- Engage in written and verbal academic discourse in English.
- Develop skills and vocabulary to communicate effectively in English in their career field.
