Program Description
This diploma prepares students for employment in residential office buildings, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, community centers and commercial facilities with emphasis given to advanced facility systems and computerized maintenance management systems.

Students may take Special Boiler exam if they choose for license. Students may take the EPA 608 Refrigeration Certification if they choose.

Program Learning Outcomes
At the end of this program students will be able to:
- Maintain facility locks and security systems
- Service and repair plumbing
- Perform basic troubleshooting and repair of HVAC-R equipment
- Operate energy management and maintenance systems
- Perform basic welding and construction repairs
- Demonstrate proper workplace safety and use of power and hand tools
