Program Description

The Filmmaking and Video Production AAS Degree trains students to work in a variety of video-related fields. The instruction stresses the importance of storytelling, planning, shooting, and editing, as well as motion graphics and effects. Students have the opportunity to work in teams on real life, client-based projects to create marketing, instructional, and promotional pieces.

  • Demonstrate proficiency with technology in the area of Filmmaking and Video Production.
  • Prepare and demonstrate a portfolio at the annual VCT Program Portfolio Show.
