DENH 2005 - Pain Management Credits: 2 Hours/Week: Lecture 1 Lab 2 Course Description: This course introduces students to techniques needed to assess and treat patients requiring local anesthesia and nitrous oxide sedation. Emergency procedures will be taught for all new procedures introduced. This course meets the certification requirements of the Minnesota Board of Dentistry for local anesthesia and nitrous oxide administration. Students must be able to perform physical tasks to complete course requirements. MnTC Goals None
