CTSA 1011 - Windows Operating Systems

Hours/Week: Lecture 2 Lab 2
Course Description: This course focuses on the skills needed to effectively manage and configure the Windows Operating System. Topics include how to use functions and utilities, manage user interface properties, manage hardware devices, and deploy the Windows Operating System across a variety of business environments. Course activities also involve the review of the macOS and Linux operating systems, comparing and contrasting to the Windows operating system. This course helps prepare students for professional certifications.
