COMM 2790 - Special Topics Credits: 1-3 Hours/Week: Lecture 1-3 Lab 0 Internship hours per week 0 Course Description: The Communication Studies Special Topics course provides students with an opportunity to explore growing areas of communication-related interest through the theoretical lenses and skillset frameworks of this discipline. Special Topics course offerings center around unique topics of special interest in Communication Studies which may not be covered in depth in general Communication course offerings, including the impact of communication innovations, communication dimensions of contemporary issues and topics and/or the use of communication skills and channels in rising social movements.
